HB SEALANT is a multi-purpose, resilient joint sealant that combines economy and high performance. It is ideal for a wide range of applications where joint movement requires compression and extension in excess of 25%.The HB Sealant is an accessory to H&amp;B's non-asphaltic flashing lines. It is used primarily for lapping and sealing flashings, drip edges, terminations, and end dams, particularly in areas where moisture is likely to be a factor.Because HB SEALANT is a moisture-curing polyether sealant, it is effective in damp, dry or cold climates and is free of solvents and isocyanates. It will not shrink upon curing, bubble on damp surfaces as polyurethanes sealants often do, or discolor when exposed to UV light.HB SEALANT has excellent elastomeric properties and adheres to most construction materials including difficult surfaces such as anodized metals and coatings. HB SEALANT is effective in many difficult construction site conditions: It can be applied to damp surfaces at temperatures as low as 32°F (0°C)

Liquid-Flash is formulated using a high performance silyl-terminated polyether polymer technology (STPE). It is a single component, moisture cure elastomeric waterproofing membrane that is applied and tooled to create a long-term moisture proof barrier. Liquid-Flash shows excellent resistance to UV degradation and extreme environmental conditions. Can be applied to damp or wet substrates without outgassing or “bubbling”. Safe to apply in wet conditions when rain is imminent as it will not wash off like other sealants. Because Liquid-Flash is 100% solids it will not shrink or crack. Hohmann &amp; Barnard’s Primer-SA is a water based, modified polymer primer that can be used in a variety of self adhering flashing applications.<ul><li>Primer must be applied to a surface that is free from all foreign matter.</li><li>This material can be applied by brush, squeegee, or spray equipment. Coverage rate of primer is approximately 350 sq ft/gallon on exterior sheathing panels and 250 sq ft/gallon on CMU, concrete and more porous surfaces.</li><li>Primer should dry for approximately 20-30 minutes or dry to the touch before applying the self adhering flashing.</li></ul>PACKING INFORMATION:<ul><li>Furnished in 5 gallon pails</li></ul>
