NUFLEX™ Residential PVC Flashing


Nuflex Flashing is intended for use as a concealed waterproofing membrane on foundation walls and under concrete slabs. Material will not be physically deformed when stretched at room temperature nor will it tear or rip. It will show no cracking or flaking, and no deterioration when tested in accordance with A.S.T.M. D-822 for a period of not less than 400 hours. It is resistant to acids, alkalis and caustics.

A non-reinforced polyvinyl chloride, waterproofed, impermeable sheet, composed of elastomeric substances, which have been reduced to a thermoplastic state and formed into a continuous sheet.

Recommended adhesive is Nuflex Mastic.

  • Type 20 (.020") weighing approx. 22 ounces per sq. yd.
  • Type 30 (.030") weighing approx. 33 ounces per sq. yd.
  • Nuflex Flashing should not be permanently exposed to sunlight, weather or traffic. Maximum exposure time is 30 days.

  • Recommended for concealed applications only.
  • A stainless steel or copper H&B Drip Plate is strongly recommended to effectively guide moisture to the exterior
  • A H&B Termination Bar (T1 or T2) must also be used for surface-mount applications
